if you are in the USA, any large vitamins store chain, GNC is good for some of them. or big health food chain like............Wild Oats , or places like that have a lot of vitamins.
i can only say make sure to get the Maxi hair and minerals, and try starting with saw palmetto pygeum nettles, thats a good start, make sure you take them with meals, try to avoid too much sugar and red meat and salt.............especially salt or sodium in excess of 2000mcg per day tends to cause shedding
